After sending out the first e-mail blast of the season, there are a few key points that are important to note:
- Hosting a show is mandatory for all returning member schools of the OUEA.
- Show applications will be accepted as of JUNE 15 2012, dates are on a first come first serve basis
- Outdoor shows will follow strict guidelines, please consult the online application in the "Downloads" section of the website for information.
-  No distinction will be made between Captain and Reps under the new rules, each school is simply required to submit two representative members for their team.  The rulebook covers the joint responsibilities.
- New division eligibility for eventers is now included in the rulebook
- Warm up riders will now be selected and recruited by the Executive and are no longer the responsibility of the host school
- Please contact Kady Paterson (info@ouea.ca) with your reps names/contact information, or with a timeframe for when you will have this information available.
